Software Product Content Monitoring Policy

1. Policy Objectives

This Software Product Content Monitoring Policy aims to maintain a healthy, safe, and compliant software usage environment, protect user rights and interests, and ensure that all content disseminated within the software complies with laws and regulations, social ethics, and the service tenets of this software. Through the implementation of strict and reasonable content monitoring measures, illegal, harmful, infringing, vulgar, and other undesirable content is prevented and eliminated from appearing and spreading on the software platform, thereby creating a positive, progressive, harmonious, and orderly software ecosystem.

2. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all types of content published and disseminated by users of this software product, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, links, and other forms; it also applies to content generated by the software product itself, such as algorithmically recommended information and system prompts. All content, whether generated by users' active uploads, interactive communication, or automatically generated and displayed by the software, is subject to the constraints and supervision of this policy.

3. Content Review Standards

3.1 Illegal Content

3.2 Harmful Content

3.3 Content Violating Public Order and Good Morals

4. Monitoring Mechanisms

4.1 Technical Means

Advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology is adopted to analyze text content, identify illegal keywords, semantics, and emotional tendencies, and judge whether there is illegal, harmful, or undesirable content. For example, through word embedding, sequence models, and attention mechanisms, the contextual relationship of text is deeply understood, and obscure illegal expressions are accurately identified.

Image recognition technology is used to detect images and video frames to identify harmful scene elements such as violence, pornography, and bloodiness. For instance, based on pre-trained Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), training is conducted on a large number of image datasets to identify harmful content such as nudity and violence, and the model can be fine-tuned according to platform characteristics to improve recognition accuracy.

A real-time monitoring system is deployed to track users' published content and interactive behaviors in real time. Once abnormal data traffic, high-frequency illegal operations, and other situations are detected, an early warning mechanism is triggered immediately.

4.2 Manual Review

A professional manual review team is established to conduct manual rechecks on content that is questionable, cannot be accurately judged by technical review, or belongs to high-risk categories. Reviewers receive strict training, are familiar with laws and regulations, policy requirements, and the software's content standards, and can accurately judge the compliance of content.

For content determined to be illegal through manual review, the review basis and handling results are recorded in detail, and the relevant users are notified in a timely manner; for complex or controversial content, an expert team is organized to conduct research and make decisions.

4.3 User Reporting

A convenient user reporting portal is set up in a prominent position on the software interface to encourage users to report illegal content they find. When reporting, users need to fill in a brief description and relevant evidence (if any) to facilitate quick verification and handling.

A report handling process is established. For received report information, a preliminary review is conducted within a specified time (such as 24 hours), and the processing progress is fed back to the reporter; content verified to be illegal is disposed of in accordance with the illegal handling mechanism.

5. Illegal Handling Mechanisms

5.1 Content Handling

For illegal content found through review, measures such as blocking, deletion, and removal are taken immediately to prevent its continued spread. For illegal content that has been viewed or shared by a large number of users, users are informed of the handling of the content through pop-up prompts, system announcements, etc., to avoid more people being adversely affected.

For content involving serious violations of laws and regulations, while taking the above measures, it is reported to the relevant law enforcement departments in a timely manner, and cooperation is provided in investigation and evidence collection.

5.2 User Penalties

Different levels of penalty measures are taken according to the severity of users' illegal acts. For users who commit minor illegal acts for the first time, a warning notice is given to remind them to abide by the software rules; for users who repeatedly violate the rules or commit serious illegal acts, account functions are restricted (such as restricting content publishing, prohibiting comments, prohibiting private messages, etc.), accounts are frozen for a certain period, or even permanently banned.

When penalizing users, the reasons for the violation, the basis for the penalty, and the appeal channel are clearly explained to the user to protect the user's right to know and the right to appeal.

5.3 Appeal Mechanism

If users have objections to the content review results or penalty decisions, they can submit appeal materials through the built-in appeal channel of the software within a specified time (such as 7 working days) and explain the reasons.

A special appeal handling team is established to be responsible for reviewing user appeals. A handling result is given within a certain time (such as 5 working days) after receiving the appeal. If the appeal reason is valid, the wrong review result or penalty decision is corrected in a timely manner; if the appeal is invalid, the reason is explained to the user in detail.

6. Data Protection and Privacy Policy

In the process of content monitoring, relevant laws and regulations are strictly followed to protect user privacy and data security. Only necessary data related to content monitoring and illegal handling is collected, and strict encryption, access control, and other security measures are adopted for data storage, use, transmission, and other links.

Without the user's explicit authorization, no personal information, content data, and monitoring-related data generated by users in the process of using the software will be disclosed to any third party. In cases where cooperation with third parties (such as technical service providers) is required for content monitoring purposes, data protection responsibilities and obligations are clearly defined in the cooperation agreement to ensure that third parties comply with strict data protection standards.

7. Policy Update and Notification

This Software Product Content Monitoring Policy will be updated regularly or irregularly according to changes in laws and regulations, industry development trends, and the actual operation of the software. The updated policy will be announced in a prominent position within the software, and users will be notified through pop-up prompts, system messages, and other methods.

Users' continued use of this software product after the policy update is deemed to be consent to be bound by the updated policy. If users do not agree to the updated content, they have the right to stop using this software product.
